The strength of ORSYS ?

In my opinion, one of ORSYS's plus points is the quality of its trainers, these are experts in the field who are able to adapt their services to our internal issues and get our teams on board.

And it's also the fact that we can chat live with them to make sure that there is a good working relationship and that they understand the expectations of our training project.

The project
Boost team cohesion with Process Com®.

The need
During the health crisis, our employees got into the habit of working remotely, to the long-term detriment of team cohesion.

At the end of the crisis, I went looking for training to help boost team spirit and internal collaboration while offering everyone a moment of introspection to get to know themselves and their colleagues better, and also to better understand and meet the expectations of our customers.

As my team is essentially made up of fairly senior people, for whom the need for training is not always so obvious, I first had to be able to arouse the desire.

Why did you choose ORSYS?
I didn't know ORSYS, but ORSYS was referenced in our internal training catalogue.

My initial discussions with our dedicated contact were constructive and were quickly followed by discussions with the prospective trainer, so our collaboration continued quite naturally.

Needs analysis
Discussions with my ORSYS adviser and the expert trainer identified for this subject enabled me to refine my request and provide a two-stage response:

  • Theoretical training: "Discovering the fundamentals of Process Com®". to get the teams (around thirty employees) on board and raise their awareness of this approach.
  • Process Com® training workshops in sub-groups so that everyone can learn about their profile and work on it.

Training deployment
As the number one priority was to get the teams on board and make them want to go further with the Process Com® approach, we reviewed the way we approached the training: no Process Com® questionnaire would be done beforehand.

I didn't want the teams to approach this process by focusing on their own profile after 18 months of working remotely.
The teams took part in an awareness day that was incorporated into the back-to-school seminar – a seminar whose date had already been blocked in everyone's diaries last September.

This day in "plenary" format was therefore a day of theoretical discovery of the Process Com® concept: the six profiles, their strengths, their channels of perception, their psychological needs, etc. A unique teaser, tailor-made to bring the teams together at the same time!

Setting up workshops
Six months after this teaser, the teams took the Process Com® test and took part in the training workshops. Organised in groups of eight to ten people, over two days, and led by the same trainer as the plenary session, these workshops enabled the teams to tackle the practical aspects of Process Com®.

On the programme: their personal profile, the profile of their colleagues within the group and, above all, lots of practical exercises to identify the profiles of their interlocutors and optimise their communication reflexes.

Results
The employees were very satisfied with this two-stage training course. They were happy to meet up again "in real life" at the September seminar, and the theoretical training made them want to go further and find out more about their Process Com® profile;

At the end of the workshops, they talked a lot about "their colour". This training has helped to recreate links and boost the quality of the teams' interactions, both internally and with customers.
