The project
Designing a tailor-made training course on time management

The need
The request for training came from PROCIVIS Alsace managers and employees. They had identified a problem with time management and priorities.
Feedback such as " I find it hard to get organised ", " Could you give us some techniques to help us get organised? " were quite common.
Our employees wanted know the best practices for managing their time more effectively.

Why did you choose ORSYS?
I've been working with ORSYS on a regular basis since 2013. In the second half of 2021, we asked Henri, our training consultant, to look into the project.
Our training department had already worked with ORSYS on management training.
The very positive feedback we received from the employees who had been trained, and the quotation we received for this project, were the deciding factors in our choice.

Project progress 
The heart of the project
We wanted to adapt the time management training offered in the ORSYS catalogue from a two-day course to a one-day course.
We built the training programme with Henri and the selected ORSYS trainer.
This tailor-made, face-to-face training course is aimed at employees in support functions and technical departments, such as property operations managers.

Deployment
From April 2022, we have organised two face-to-face training sessions to meet the need for team cohesion, with a local trainer.
We then opened up the training to managers and scheduled a third session for the same month. In all, we trained around thirty employees.

Feedback from the teams is unanimous: they now have all the tips they need to get organised more effectively!
I took the course myself and picked up a few good tips that I use every day to improve my efficiency!
