Professionnels souhaitant se familiariser avec la méthodologie Lean et apporter leur soutien, comme membre d'une équipe, aux projets d'amélioration.

No special knowledge required.

Certification
L'examen IASSC Lean Practitioner Yellow Belt™ se compose de 50 questions à choix multiples ou vrai/faux pour chaque section du corpus de connaissances IASSC Lean Practitioner™. Il se déroule en ligne, à livre fermé, surveillé et dure 1 heure. Un score minimum de 70% est requis pour obtenir la certification. Certains formats de ce test peuvent également inclure jusqu'à 5 questions supplémentaires non notées à des fins d’évaluation de connaissances.

Introduction to Lean management

  • History and origins of Lean management.
  • The basic concepts of Lean management.
  • The culture of continuous improvement: the Kaizen and Gemba Walk mindset.
  • Lean leadership.
Storyboarding workshops

Lean management and the hunt for waste

  • The 3 corporate ills (3M): Muda, Muri, Mura.
  • The 7 sources of waste (TIMWOOD).
  • Organizing the work environment using 5S.
Example
Discussions and reflections on the benefits of Lean, playful simulation of 5S implementation.

Understand and optimize the company's various flows

  • Introduction to different types of production flow (continuous, batch...).
  • Process mapping tools: spaghetti diagram, swim-lanes, VSM.
  • Identify bottlenecks and measure takt time to optimize flows.

Value Stream Mapping (VSM) case study, group problem-solving workshop.

The zero defects principle

  • How to react to a quality problem using the Jidoka method?
  • Root cause research methods and tools: Ishikawa, 5 whys.
  • Definition, prioritization and implementation of corrective and preventive actions: andon, poka-yoke...

  • Set SMART objectives in line with customer expectations.

Preparation for certification

  • Reminders and instructions from the examiner.
  • Advice and preparation for exam questions.
  • Quiz with 50 multiple-choice and true/false questions covering all the skills described in each section of the IASSC Lean Practitioner body of knowledge.
Role-playing
Construction of the indicator tree and associated management routines. Blank test (1h) and collective debriefing (1h).

Clear, well-paced training. However, the course is in French and the certification test can only be taken in English. How do you ensure that the trainees are able to understand the questions and subtleties in English? Fluency in English was not one of the prerequisites.
