Le cours manque de dynamisme général, d’interactivité et d’échanges. Il y a certes une partie théorique et pratique qui est relativement bien équilibré mais le format des exercices ne permet pas une bonne immersion ou dynamisme entre les participants. Je ne sais pas où est-ce qu’il y a qqch qui ne fonctionne pas mais le rendu n’est pas satisfaisant pour moi. Peut-être besoin de faire plus amples connaissances en amont avec les participants? Je reste malheureusement déçu.

Formation très intéressante et condensée. Formateur au top (Merci Frédéric)Traite plus de la Gestion de Crise Cyber et de sa méthodologie.j’aurai aimé que la formation soient plus orientée comme gestion des clients en cas de crise.

Assez peu satisfait en général. Le contenu et l’animateur étaient bon mais la formation ne répond pas à mon poste ou mes attentes, la formation étant très orienté crise cyber.
