Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Design and develop web applications in HTML5 and CSS3
Master the syntax of the JavaScript language
Manipulating the DOM structure of an HTML page
Master the Angular and ReactJS frameworks

Certification
This certification course is validated by a written exam in the form of a case study (see Ref. KPZ).

  • New structuring.
  • Simple forms.
  • The new HTML tags.
  • CSS3 selectors.
  • Colors and text formatting.
  • Box and background formatting.
  • Grid Layout.
  • Flexbox.
  • Choosing a CSS framework.
  • SVG, vector and responsive images.
Hands-on work
Discussions, experience sharing, demonstrations, tutorials and case studies.

JavaScript, dynamic HTML

  • Web technologies.
  • The JavaScript language.
  • Events and data.
  • HTML form management.
  • Interaction with cascading style sheets.

Angular, mastering Google's front-end framework

  • JavaScript development: a reminder.
  • Migrating from AngularJS 1.x to Angular.
  • The ng or @angular/cli utility.
  • Component definition.
  • Classification of application components.
  • Forms management, routing and http requests.
  • Unit testing. Best practices and tools.
Hands-on work
Modular application composition with Angular.

ReactJS, mastering Facebook's JavaScript framework

  • Overview of RIA components.
  • Developing with ReactJS.
  • Component interactivity.
  • Single-page application with ReactJS and Flux or Redux.
  • Isomorphic application.
  • Introduction to React Native.
Hands-on work
You'll be building a complete application based on the ReactJS framework.

PREREQUISITES
None.

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.

ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.

TEACHING AIDS AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES
• The main teaching aids and instructional methods used in the training are audiovisual aids, documentation and course material, hands-on application exercises and corrected exercises for practical training courses, case studies and coverage of real cases for training seminars.
• At the end of each course or seminar, ORSYS provides participants with a course evaluation questionnaire that is analysed by our instructional teams.
• A check-in sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training, along with a course completion certificate if the trainee attended the entire session.

TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
