Law 2002-2 aims to guarantee users' rights by means of seven specific tools. This training course is designed to support healthcare professionals in their efforts to meet the regulatory requirements of the law, and to implement methods of participation that are satisfactory to users.


Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Knowing the legislative and regulatory framework of the January 2, 2002 law
Discuss the challenges and difficulties inherent in user participation
Understand how the 7 tools of law 2002-2 fit into a new conception of the role of users
Be able to adapt these tools to the specificities of user operations and reception.

Familiarity with the five main guidelines of Law 2002-2

  • Understand the innovative aspects of the law: its content and the central role given to users.
  • Asserting and promoting users' rights.

  • The guest's charter of rights and freedoms.
