This course was interesting because it focused more on the strategic aspect of social networks and the mkg issues involved in being on them. In 1 day, it's difficult to go any further and the course should be supplemented by another course on the operational aspect (creating and managing an account, etc.) which wasn't covered very much, but the teaching method, based on exchanges and examples, was also interesting. Now waiting for the support material.

the day dealt mainly with content and 'marketing' around social networks. certainly a very interesting part, but nothing on the chapter 'creating and managing your social networks', which means that even if I've understood the codes of communication I'm unable to put them into practice. no doubt due to a lack of time, and perhaps I'm not representative of the panel of users (I'm starting from scratch) but overall an ineffective day as far as I'm concerned.

We didn't cover the 4 points announced on your programme. The presenter focused on why social networks are important (1) and marketing, but hardly touched on points 2-4, which I was much more interested in. I pointed this out towards the end of the course but no progress was made. I'm disappointed with the content given (which was certainly useful but too repetitive) compared to what's published on your site. I won't be recommending this course as an initiation to a new business.
