Formation intéressante et agréable à suivre. Le périmètre du poste d’Office Manager est bien développé et permet d’avoir une vision claire et globale du métier. La formatrice est très pédagogue, à l’écoute, et fait preuve d’une grande finesse psychologique, ce qui rend les échanges particulièrement agréables et pertinents. En piste d’amélioration, l’ajout de quelques cas pratiques supplémentaires permettrait d’ancrer encore davantage les notions abordées.

Approche globale intéressante. Partage d’expériences et de ressentis avec la formatrice et les autres participantes riche et vivant, je ne me suis pas ennuyée du tout (et pourtant je peux vite m’ennuyer!)
