pas assez de théorie, ou pas assez développée, on a passé beaucoup trop de temps sur certains exercices. J’espérais avoir de la méthodologie plus développée et concrète, nous ne sommes pas assez rentrés dans le vif du sujet.

Formation utile pour revoir les bases de l’événementiel, mais contenu trop généraliste et peu en phase avec les enjeux actuels : digitalisation, IA, RSE, formats hybrides, vision stratégique du métier. L’animation à distance manquait de dynamisme. Les exercices étaient initialement peu adaptés à notre contexte de grand groupe, même si la formatrice a pris en compte nos demandes pour les rendre plus transposables à nos métiers.
