Be able to propose and lead supervision and practice analysis groups
Enhance ability to guide facility teams in resolving critical situations
Tools for facilitating practice analysis or supervision groups

Defining and distinguishing different concepts: laying the foundations

  • Practice analysis, supervision and guidance.
  • Law, deontology, ethics and professional secrecy.
  • The question of empathy and resonance.
  • Institutional crisis: professional positioning. The four types of crisis.
Group discussion
Gathering participants' theoretical and practical knowledge.

Analyze and manage group dynamics

  • The dynamics of small groups.
  • Systemic and strategic theories of change and communication.
  • The creation of a supportive group and its "containing" function: rules, principles, animation and creativity.
  • Group dynamics in action: leader, chef and delegate.
Role-playing
Insight into group dynamics and incident management.

Implementing supervisory practice

  • History of supervision: antecedents and various European experiences.
  • What talking means.
  • Who do we supervise?
  • Demand analysis.
  • The clinical instance and group regulation.
  • The place and position of the supervisor.
Hands-on work
A partir de situations concrètes proposées ou vécues par les participants : mises en pratique en atelier et analyse en grand groupe. Partage de bonnes pratiques.

Creating and leading a practice-sharing group: methods and tools

  • The institution/stakeholder relationship.
  • The creation of a practice analysis group.
  • Methodology: tools and teaching aids.
  • Problem definition, time management.
  • GAP animation techniques: mini-workshops, tasks, group composition and breakdown.
  • Individual and collective process evaluation: creative support.
  • Review of best practices.
Hands-on work
Based on situations proposed or experienced by participants: practical exercises in the workshop and analysis in the large group. Each participant identifies his or her own tools and creates a summary sheet.
