Very or too condensed. Check the trainee's level as a prerequisite. No or few 'real' exercises due to the distance learning nature of the course. Very professional trainer with a great deal of knowledge

It's a course that should only be delivered face-to-face (as the trainer reminds us) - so it should only be offered in this format.A discovery of the subject: a lot of information to absorb in order to have the time to transpose it into my day-to-day life (bearing in mind that I was changing jobs at the time).Too many examples related to the industrial sector and nothing to the service sector: so it wasn't necessarily clear how I could put it into practice.

Session conducted outside the training material (difficulty in relating the subjects covered to the material - e.g.: process modelling put in Mesure when we saw it at the very end of Define)

to be continued: clear explanations, use of dashboards and mastery of the subject by the trainer to be considered: more practice and case studies on methods such as DMAIC and CTQ

I found the teacher very committed and in control of his subject. He gave us lots of examples of applications, made sure to explain any points of misunderstanding and showed us how to apply the method in our own contexts, while helping us to understand the whole 6Sigma and Lean environment. I feel capable of passing the exam, but also of capitalising on the training to implement things in my company. E

I found the course material a little too voluminous for 4 days of training, and I would have liked to have had a sort of revision card with the formulas and definitions I needed to know to pass the exam.

- The organization/structure of the slides is confusing - It is not clear what is in scope of the yellow belt certification. - Preparation quizzes content is very repetitive and does not reflect the actual difficulty of the exam.

This rating is specific to me: I'm a very 'practical' person and not very 'theoretical'. I had hoped that we would have more concrete case studies to study during this course, which for me is still a bit too theoretical (as evidenced by the questions in the exam). I can easily imagine that distance learning limits this kind of practice!

Good training, combining practice and theory and a variety of teaching aids. The content is dense and the duration (4 days) gives a better understanding of the points covered. The group activities, such as the catapult, encourage commitment and provide concrete examples to illustrate the concepts. A lot of concepts to remember.
