Group discussion
How Lean tools help elimination and defect prevention and the achievement of project objectives ? How do they depend on each other ?

Good training, combining practice and theory and a variety of teaching aids. The content is dense and the duration (4 days) gives a better understanding of the points covered. The group activities, such as the catapult, encourage commitment and provide concrete examples to illustrate the concepts. A lot of concepts to remember.
