Prerequisites
Completion of the training course "Canva: mastering the visual creation tools" or proof of regular use of Canva (use of templates, creation of simple visuals, export).
Course schedule
1 Advanced customization
- Efficiently navigate models and resources.
- Adapt a format to a specific use or resize it (canva pro).
- Add text blocks from complex templates.
- Advanced typographic settings (alignment, visual hierarchies, effects, fonts).
Hands-on work
Create an original design from a template.
2 Use of graphics and AI tools
- Set up graphs and tables.
- Use external applications.
- Demonstration of the "BRAND" tool.
- Manage AI image-editing tools.
- Use IA CANVA to design your own illustrations.
Hands-on work
Integrate graphics, shapes and modify typography.
3 Advanced media import and use
- Adjust photos and videos.
- Add soundtracks and create complex animations.
- Manage the video editing section.
Hands-on work
Create a video.
4 Advanced collaborative working and exporting
- Access and manage modification history.
- Using comments to optimize a design.
- Monitor best collaborative practices.
- Choice of formats (interactive PDF, video).
- Manage file size, transparency and weight options.
- Prepare files for print or digital.
Hands-on work
Collaborative team project. Export a creation in several adapted formats.

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
