1 Drupal and performance: understanding and measuring
- Understanding the nuance between front-end performance and server performance
- How does Drupal's native cache work?
- How is cache data stored in the database?
- What are the problems of using JS/AJAX?
- How to analyze server and browser performance?
2 Optimizing performance
- Which modules should be activated or deactivated to improve performance?
- What is the BigPipe module?
- What optimizations are possible for static files (JS, CSS, images, etc.)?
- Caching HTML with Varnish
- How to avoid base caching?
- How to optimize a view
- Coding to improve performance
- A few simple server-side improvements
3 Drupal and the security of community modules
- Where does Drupal fit into the security picture?
- What are the major vulnerabilities and how can they be avoided?
- Which modules can be used to limit safety risks?
4 Roles and access rights
- What rights do I need to check on the server?
- Roles and permissions management
- How do I protect static files?
- What tools can be used to filter user data?
- What code standards must be respected?
- Which settings in settings.php can be adapted?
- Why use Database API and Entity API instead of manual queries?
- How are passwords managed?
- How are sessions managed?

La certification repose sur les acquis de la formation et la mise en pratique intensive à 6 mois.
L'examen de certification est un QCM de 60 questions qui se déroule sur 90 minutes. Il est à planifier après la fin de la formation, en ligne et à distance.
Il est nécessaire d'avoir suivi ou avoir les connaissances équivalentes à la formation "Drupal, créer et administrer un site de gestion de contenu " (réf.UPA) et "Drupal, sécurité et performance" (réf.UPI). pour le passage de la certification Drupal Expert.
Certification : 310 € HT

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
