The project
Design a tailor-made training programme for collaborative tools, IS and data, and train internal experts to deliver this training.

The need
La Poste group's need was twofold:
  • training auditors and heads of mission the group's audit department collaborative tools and IS and data tools
  • and on the same route, train the three in-house experts who would be responsible for deployment in run.  

Why did you choose ORSYS?
We chose ORSYS for two reasons.

On the one hand, ORSYS is a long-standing service provider to the Institut Groupe La Poste in terms of training for our departments, and we already work together on a number of projects. 

On the other hand, the proposal they made to us for this route was the most relevant and most in line with expectations of the sector sponsoring the course.

Project progress 
The project went very well. Very quickly, we were able to organise the scoping meeting and discuss with Coraline Thirel and Julie Porlan how best to organise the event, the teaching approach necessary to acquire the skills required by the sector in terms of collaborative tools and La Poste group's IS/data tools.
What I personally retain from this experience is the great ORSYS' ability to adapt to a rather special request. In this case, it was a tailor-made course on IS and data tools aimed at a very specific and heterogeneous population.

It was also necessary to assemble training kits precise and effective for the industry experts who were to train their own staff.

And this support has proved very effective since it has helped the experts to adopt the posture of trainers, a professional activity that they do not normally carry out. It is therefore a very rich and successful experience.

The pilot results show an NPS of 83This is a very, very good measure for us and proves that the course was very popular with participants.
