The project
Create and deploy a multilingual training course
The need
We have around fifty travelling sales representatives and six office-based sales representatives in France and Belgium.
French and Dutch speakers.
So we were looking for a training courses available in French and Dutch to support their skills development.
Before choosing ORSYS, we went through a competitor who charged too much.
Our OPCO alerted us, so we looked for other organisations.
I found ORSYS by searching on the Internet.
The reviews seemed positive, so I decided to try out your services. First one, then two, then three courses, just to see.
The feedback from our teams is always very positive, and the prices are within the range of the OPCOs, so we are continuing to work together.
Project progress
We began with a test training session with our sales director and his managers.
He fully endorsed the trainer's technique and teaching methods.
ORSYS then deployed courses in French in Strasbourg and French-speaking Belgium.
The feedback was very positive, so we asked replicate the same approach with our Flemish teams.
ORSYS took charge of finding a technically and linguistically qualified trainer to adapt these sessions;
From now on, we can offer the same sales training to all our sales staff, whatever their language - and the programme is being followed to the letter and in a fairly consistent way across all our teams!
