Certification
L’examen consiste en un QCM de 1 heure comprenant 40 questions.
Un score minimum de 65 % est requis pour réussir l’examen.
Le passage de l’examen a lieu en ligne et en français sur le site EXIN.
Course schedule
1 Regulatory framework for artificial intelligence
- Presentation of the AI Act: purposes, scope, articulation with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Stakeholders: roles, responsibilities and documentation.
- Classification and requirements according to risk levels.
- Compliance process: reporting, obligations, sanctions.
2 Data protection and transparency
- Trustworthy AI: governance and data quality.
- Privacy and RGPD: minimization and traceability.
- Transparency and public acceptability: user information, explainability.
- Auditability: logging and reproducibility.
3 Ethics and human supervision
- Ethical principles: fairness, safety, responsibility.
- Human supervision and fundamental rights.
- Case studies: public and private sectors.
4 Standards and frames of reference
- Overview of European and international frameworks.
- ISO/IEC 42001 & NIST AI RMF: AI management system.
- ISO/IEC 23894: IA risk management.
- ISO/IEC TR 24368: ethical issues and indicators.
5 Preparation for certification
- Revision, mock quiz and knowledge consolidation.
- Tips for successful EXIN BCS certification.

Professionals ensuring compliance with AI regulations, involved in the development or use of AI systems, between monitoring and operational application.

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
