IT administrators, systems engineers or IT professionals who want to manage and deploy Microsoft Intune in their organization.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of Windows and mobile operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Course schedule
1 Introduction to Microsoft Intune
- Intune and its place in Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Intune architecture and key components.
- Comparison with other Mobile Device Management (MDM)/Mobile App Management (MAM) solutions.
- Licensing and deployment options.
Hands-on work
Set up an Intune test environment and explore the administration portal.
2 Preparing the infrastructure for the devices
- Intune integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Configure organization and device group parameters.
- Setting up the certificate connector for Intune.
Hands-on work
Configure Intune-Entra ID integration and create dynamic groups.
3 Device registration
- Registration methods for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android and macOS.
- Configuration of automatic and bulk registration.
- Registration profiles for Android Enterprise.

Configuration of automatic registration for Windows and bulk registration for iOS.
4 Identity and compliance implementation
- Role management in Intune.
- Create and apply compliance strategies.
- Configuring Windows Hello for Business.
- Local administrator password management (LAPS).

Setting up a compliance strategy and configuring Windows Hello.
5 Equipment management and maintenance
- Create and deploy configuration profiles.
- Manage Windows and application updates.
- Use PowerShell scripts for configuration.

6 Application management
- Add and deploy applications (Store, line of business, Office 365).
- Configure application protection strategies.

Samuel a été un super formateur, et le support de cours très fluide et intéressant, je regrette seulement le manque de temps qui pousse à enchainer sans l’espace nécessaire à l’enregistrement de l’ensemble des informations / voir à l’approfondissement, ça empêche aussi forcément une cohésion de groupe, vu le manque de temps ):

Le contenu pédagogique est de très bonne qualité, bien maintenuseul point négatif est le survol de la partie cogestion d’un point de vue technique et limitation qui représente à l’heure actuelle la plus grande majorité des modes de fonctionnement en entreprise et qui, à mon sens, aurait dû être approfondie, ce qui ne remet pas en cause la formation et son contenu qui était de très bonne qualité.

Les exercices sont un peu trop directifs et laissent peu la place à l’expérimentation. (compréhensible cela dit, vu les délais à tenir). Très satisfait globalement

They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
