Prerequisites
Mastery of C#, HTML, JavaScript and notions of Web development in Visual Studio.
Course schedule
1 Architecture and development models
- Understand SharePoint object models.
- Discover REST and JSOM APIs.
- Identify extension scenarios.
Hands-on work
Exploring the REST API for reading and writing lists.
2 Server-side development
- Create Web Parts, Event Receivers and Timer Jobs.
- Using Visual Studio and the Farm Solutions model.
- Manage deployment and signature of solutions.
Hands-on work
Development of a digital signage Web Part.
3 Client-side development
- Use SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Integrate React, TypeScript and PnP JS.
- Create modern extensions (Command Sets, Field Customizers).
Hands-on work
Creation of an SPFx extension with dynamic graphics.
4 Integration and interoperability
- Connect SharePoint with Power Automate and Teams.
- Integrate external services via Graph API.
- Create customized connectors.
Hands-on work
Integration of a Power Automate flow triggered from a list.
5 Testing, deployment and maintenance
- Implement unit and load tests.
- Deploy via App Catalog.
- Monitor performance and compatibility.
Hands-on work
Deployment and supervision of a complete SPFx solution.

PREREQUISITES
Mastery of C#, HTML, JavaScript and notions of Web development in Visual Studio.
TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
