Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Configure and adapt Tuleap tools to specific business processes
Master the advanced features of trackers, the Agile Dashboard, and collaboration tools
Efficient use of software engineering tools and integrations (Git, GitLab)
Manage complete traceability of activities, including testing and development processes
Involving user members in your TULEAP project
Understanding the vital role of communication and support

Intended audience
Project managers, development teams, product owners, Scrum masters, quality teams.

Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of project management. Must have taken the Tuleap course.

Course schedule

Reminder and advanced prerequisites

  • Review of fundamental concepts (Trackers, Agile Dashboard, Git).
  • Presentation of advanced training objectives.

Advanced tracker configuration

  • Custom fields, transition rules and state conditions.
  • Define workflows adapted to specific business processes.
  • Use of tracker templates and reports.
Hands-on work
Créer et configurer un tracker complexe pour un processus métier (exemple : gestion des anomalies ou demandes d’évolution).

Going deeper into the Agile Dashboard

  • Management of epics, user stories and tasks.
  • Customizing the Scrum or Kanban board: workflows, columns and metrics.

Configurer un tableau Agile pour un projet concret, avec suivi des Performances.

Test campaign management

  • Create and manage test plans.
  • Follow-up of tests and anomalies in Tuleap.
  • Traceability between tests, requirements and development.

Advanced management of software engineering tools

  • Advanced use of Git: branches, merges and Pull Requests.

  • Workflow automation in Tuleap (hooks, triggers).
  • Global traceability: links between requirements, tests, anomalies and commits.

  • Translate a complex business process into a Tuleap configuration.
  • Case studies: project portfolio management, quality management, etc.

Implementation of a complete business process on Tuleap.

  • Practical assessment of advanced skills.
  • Configuration of a complete project including workflows, Agile Dashboard and integrations.
Storyboarding workshops
Advanced uses of Tuleap (e.g. CI/CD, DevOps integration).
PARTICIPANTS
Project managers, development teams, product owners, Scrum masters, quality teams.

PREREQUISITES
Basic knowledge of project management. Must have taken the Tuleap course.

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.

ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.

TEACHING AIDS AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES
• The main teaching aids and instructional methods used in the training are audiovisual aids, documentation and course material, hands-on application exercises and corrected exercises for practical training courses, case studies and coverage of real cases for training seminars.
• At the end of each course or seminar, ORSYS provides participants with a course evaluation questionnaire that is analysed by our instructional teams.
• A check-in sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training, along with a course completion certificate if the trainee attended the entire session.

TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
