  • The role and scope of national urban planning regulations (RNU).
  • Urban planning and public utility easements

  • New rules to encourage urban densification.
  • The integrating role of the Schéma de Cohérence Territoriale (SCOT).
  • The Local Urban Plan (PLU), the PLUi and the revision procedure.

  • Implementation of the Zero Net Artificialization (ZAN) law and other legislation.
