Initiating the electoral process in the civil service

  • Present the relevant bodies: STC, CAP, CCP, local commissions
  • Calculate electoral headcount according to FPE, FPT or FPH rules (calculation of headcount after the PACTE law)
  • Smoothing out the workforce thresholds and deadlines for organizing elections under the Macron ordinances
  • Ensuring legal certainty for the launch of the electoral process

Prepare elections and formalize documents

  • Building an electoral calendar that complies with regulatory texts
  • Informing employees and representative trade unions
  • Prepare election by-laws and associated document templates
  • Drawing up electoral lists: electoral and eligibility criteria
  • Distribution of seats by college and body (gender equality)

Create an information note for staff and a display for trade unions.

  • Define the physical voting procedures: face-to-face, postal, electronic
  • Build a backlog adapted to the specific needs of the public sector

  • Calculate the quorum and the distribution of seats according to representativeness
