Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Understand the principle of projects in agile mode and the roles associated with them.
Identify project processes and deliverables under the AgilePM® standard
Use project communication techniques suitable to your audience
Estimate the workload and plan in Agile mode.
Sort and prioritize the requirements of an iteration

Certification
Taking the Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) exam: The exam is made up of 50 multiple-choice questions (1 point per question). The exam lasts 55 minutes, and certification is earned if the candidate gets at least 25 questions correct (50%).

  • Roles on the Agile project sponsor, Project Leader, Developer, Tester ...
  • Issues and constraints identification of a project. Configuration management.
  • Project's success factors and risks.

  • Agile Project Management principales. The development framework.
  • Project initialization. Feasibility. Business Case. The project plan.
  • Project governance. Risk management. Project launch: the priority requirements (PRK).
  • Architecture elements (SAD), development and deployment.
  • Exploration phase: the detailed requirements. Refine solution.
  • Realisation phase : the Timebox development. Prototype solutions.
  • Solution deployment . The project review.
  • Phase after project. Benefits analysis.
Storyboarding workshops
Debate about the processes and deliverables AgilePM®.

The communication

  • The principles key of communication "Atern."
  • Adapting communication to the nature of the project and the maturity of the team.
  • The daily meetings (Daily Stand-up meeting).
  • Team management, stakeholders.

  • Sorting requirements. MoSCoW method.
  • Iteration concept or "Timebox."

Les supports traduits de l’anglais comprennent quelques oublis de traduction et des traductions pas très claires.Le temps passé sur chaque est trop courts mais adaptés à la durée de la formation qui est très dense. Elle mériterait d’avoir une durée plus longue.

Rempli mon objectif d’un rappel des bases pour un Chef de projet. Support neutre qui permet de sortir de son domaine d’expertise. Côté négatif, des anglicismes voir des slides 100% anglais, génère du jargon et complexifie la compréhension.

Dominique, le formateur est très bien ! Il est attentif à ce que nous comprenions chaque étape et connaît très bien son sujet.Le franglish permanent dans le support, le mélange des termes SCRUM et Agile PM est très perturbant, et les slides mal ordonnés. C’est pénible ... Je trouve en outre que les questions de la certification est loin du support. Les questions de la certification sont plus philosophiques que "techniques". Ce qui le rend encore plus compliqué avec un support
