Réaliser un diagnostic de l’environnement, des conditions matérielles, financières et humaines au regard des objectifs du projet, afin d’évaluer la pertinence d’une approche agile dans la gestion du projet.
Sélectionner la méthode de gestion de projet agile adaptée à un projet spécifique, à partir du diagnostic préalablement réalisé, afin de garantir l’adéquation entre la méthode utilisée et la réalisation des objectifs.
Préparer le déploiement du projet en concevant les artefacts adaptées et en programmant les rituels afin de garantir la communication et la transparence entre les différentes parties prenantes.
Animer les rituels d’un projet en méthode agile, en mobilisant les ressources sélectionnées afin de répondre de façon adaptée aux besoins potentiellement évolutifs du client.

- Overview of the main Agile methods.
- Agile methods in figures.
Role-playing
"Assessment of IS projects. An IS project: objectives, risk factors, success factors, speed bumps. Discover the Agile approach.
2 The Scrum project approach and organization
- The Scrum project life cycle.
- The benefits of identical iterations.
- Self-organization and collaboration.
- Continuous improvement.
- Presentation of the responsibilities of each Scrum player: the product owner, the Scrum master, the development team.
- What skills do you need?
- Other roles: coach, facilitator, stakeholders.
- Overview of Scrum project processes.
- Change management in Scrum.
Role-playing
Understanding the different roles involved in a Scrum project.
3 The Agile team
- Who are the players?
- The responsibilities of the various players.
- Everyone's role.
- The team, the product owner and the Scrum master.
- Cooperation and mutual aid.
- A thirst for knowledge and a spirit of adaptation.
Hands-on work

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
