1 Project management basics
- History and standards (PMI/ISO 21500)
- Notions of cross-functionality and project players
- The various stages: scoping, specifications, planning, implementation, management, capitalization
- Communication and follow-up meetings
2 The basics of Agile methods
- Agile origins and philosophy
- Main methods: Scrum, Kanban, AgilePM (reminder)
- Agile tools: backlog, user stories, planning poker, sprint, visual management
- The role of the players: product owner, Scrum master, team
Role-playing
Building a backlog
3 Comparing approaches
- Posture differences: project manager versus Scrum master
- Specifications versus product backlog
- Estimating: Gantt versus planning poker
- Milestones versus sprints, risk management and steering
Hands-on work
Guided comparative analysis on a concrete case
4 Hybridization
- Types of hybridization: by phase, by batch, by team
- Project diagnosis: which zones to hybridize?
- Building a hybrid approach adapted to a real project
- Summary, personalized assessment and action plan

Group simulation: define a hybrid project plan based on a case study

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
