A great deal of time was spent going over the basics of predictive and agile methods (over 75 per cent of the training time) before finally touching on hybrid methods.I would have preferred a brief recap of these prerequisites (25% to 50% of the training time) so that we could focus on hybrid approaches and spend more time working on and illustrating each of the methods discussed. The trainer was very pleasant and a good teacher, which made the training very engaging despite it being delivered r
