Bonjour,Contenu intéressant. Il y a parfois eu des longueurs sur certains sujets et des petits soucis techniques sur les utilisations des outils exemples, mais dans l’ensemble c’était intéressant et dynamique.Il y a eu beaucoup d’échanges avec le groupe notamment sur ce qui peut se faire dans d’autres entreprise ce qui était positif.

Nous avons passé presque une journée entière sur le 1er chapitre. J’aurais préféré avoir plus de temps sur les suivants.Il y a beaucoup d’informations sur le support, et parfois certaines sont répétées plusieurs fois, il me semble qu’il pourrait être optimisé.Je pense qu’il pourrait être intéressant de proposer des formations QDD sur plusieurs niveaux : débutant, confirmé, ...

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
