The presentations were very dynamic and passionate, but the materials were too heavy and not very modern. The hand-written diagram format is unreadable in remote mode. Too much time spent on managing a business and too little on the IS master plan. I don't think the multi-company forma is suitable. You don't manage an IS master plan in the same way when you're an ordinary employee in the IS department of a large group, a hospital or a subsidiary.
