Prerequisites

Course schedule
1 No-code and automation
- The challenges of no-code.
- Focus on relational databases.
- Introduction to data modelling.
- What do we mean by automation?
Storyboarding workshops
Database management systems (DBMS) and relational databases (RDBMS).
2 Getting started with Airtable
- Airtable overview: the Airtable interface, its main features.
- Presentation of examples and use cases for this platform.
- Access existing templates.
- Identify the different types of Airtable licenses.
- Create an Airtable account.
Hands-on work
Implementation of a CRM project, customer relations.
3 The foundations of Airtable
- Master Airtable's basic functions: Workspaces, Bases, Tables, Fields, Records, Views.
- Create an Airtable database.
- Get to grips with key concepts: Tables, Records and Fields.
- Create and customize different types of Views.
- Collaborate and understand permissions.
Hands-on work
Human resources project.
4 Master the basics
- Create links between tables and records.
- Formulas.
- Share part of the database (Table Sync).
- Sharing and permissions
Hands-on work
Implementation of a follow-up project.
5 Automation
- Introduction to apps.
- Introduction to automation.
- The Airtable API, what is an API, its usefulness and presentation.
- Interface development.
Hands-on work
Creation of customer interfaces and a dashboard.

Anyone working with applications and wishing to work with DBMS-independent data.
PREREQUISITES
No special knowledge required.
TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
