  • European texts: AI Act, Data Act, Digital Market Act, Digital Services Act, GDPR.
  • The national legal framework for protection specific to the Internet: the LCEN, the DADVSI law ...
  • Legal constraints on consumer protection in distance contracts (B to C).
  • The main authorities in France and abroad: ICANN, AFNIC, CNIL, HADOPI...

Discussions on the group's general knowledge of the Internet's global legal framework.

  • Protecting your site's name: differences between company name, brand name, trademark and domain name.
  • Automated processing of personal data: compliance with the rules governing the collection of personal data.

  • Copyright and intellectual property on the Internet.
