Course schedule
1 Advanced use of development tools
- Use of adjustment brushes.
- Graduated filter adjustment.
- Stain removal tools.
Hands-on work
Use the adjustment brush to select and lighten a dark part of an image.
2 Color management and ICC profiles
- Introduction to color spaces and ICC profiles.
- Screen calibration and color management.
- Use ICC profiles to improve image quality.
- Convert images to other color spaces.
Hands-on work
Apply a specific ICC profile to an image and compare results with other profiles.
3 Advanced library organization
- Keyword and collection management for efficient library organization.
- Use metadata to facilitate image search and sorting.
- Filters to find images quickly.
- Organize image stacks to create image series.
Hands-on work
Create a dynamic collection based on specific criteria, such as keywords or image ratings.
4 Task automation
- Create presets to quickly apply settings to images.
- Synchronization functions.
- Batch processing function.
Hands-on work
Create a preset to quickly apply a set of predefined settings to a series of images.
5 Advanced use of the Book and Slideshow modules
- Introducing the advanced features of the Book module.
- Slideshow templates.
- Use of customization tools.
Hands-on work
Create a customized slideshow using transitions and visual effects to enhance your images.
6 Using Lightroom in tandem with Photoshop
- Photoshop as an external editor for images processed in Lightroom.
- Return to Lightroom function to save changes in the Lightroom library.
- Localized settings for advanced image retouching.
Hands-on work
Select an image in Lightroom and open it in Photoshop for advanced retouching, then save it to bring it back into Lightroom.
7 Advanced workflow and image publication
- Create customized workflows.
- Publication of images on websites and social networks.
- Use of plug-ins to enhance Lightroom's functionality.
Hands-on work
Set up a workflow to automatically publish images from Lightroom to a specific website or social network.
8 Optimizing Lightroom performance
- Overview of configuration settings to improve Lightroom performance.
- Optimization of the Lightroom catalog to improve the software's speed and responsiveness.
- Use the preview optimization function to improve image processing speed.
Hands-on work
Optimize Lightroom's performance by adjusting cache settings and optimizing its catalog to make the software more responsive.

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
