In my view, this training course on IT contracts should have been delivered by a lawyer, to ensure precision in the terminology and legal reasoning. The first day was, in fact, an introduction to general contract law for non-lawyers, which was of no interest to legal professionals like myself. Consequently, lawyers should not be included in the course’s target audience. In this instance, the course was not designed for lawyers at all.
