HERMES 2022 is a project management approach that incorporates the latest developments in project management, and stands out for its approach to integrating agility into a well-structured context. Alternating theory and exercises, this training course prepares participants for the HERMES 2022 foundation certification.


Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Familiarity with HERMES content and basic tools.
Know the phase model and decision processes.
Understand the HERMES method.
Be able to adapt the method to the requirements of your projects.
Gain an overview of project processes, tasks and results using the service/product scenario.

Intended audience
Directeurs Informatiques, Managers, consultants, Responsables PMO, chefs de Projet et tout professionnel impliqué dans la gestion de projet.

Prerequisites
Project experience, ideally IT-related.

Certification
Take the HERMES 2022 certification in French, online via the TÜV Süd platform and without any support admitted. The exam consists of a 40-question MCQ. The exam lasts a maximum of 1 hour, and certification is obtained if the candidate obtains at least 24 correct answers (60%).
