Course schedule
1 Combining digital responsibility and IT purchasing
- Identify the challenges of sustainable development and responsible digital.
- Understand the responsible digital approach to purchasing.
- Familiarize yourself with the key concepts of responsible IT purchasing.
Storyboarding workshops
Collective reflection and quiz on digital responsibility.
2 Adopting best practices in responsible IT purchasing
- Be familiar with reference systems, regulations, standards and labels.
- Identify the labels specific to your information system.
- Understand the concept of "reuse" in the context of IT sustainable procurement.
- Understand and know how to implement the "economy of functionality".
Exercise
Economy of functionality: case studies. Analysis of success and failure factors. Discussions and debriefs.
3 Responsible digital tendering
- Include social clauses in IT contracts.
- Define the purpose of the order and draw up the specifications.
- Identify the criteria for choosing equipment suppliers: terminals, servers, datacenter...
- Identify the criteria for choosing IT service providers: hosting, software design and development...
- Identify the criteria for choosing energy suppliers.
- Evaluate offers.
Hands-on work
Prepare a criteria grid for selecting IT suppliers/providers. Discussions and debriefs.
4 Implement a responsible purchasing strategy
- Analyze your needs.
- Take stock of your organization's practices.
- Involve stakeholders in the project.
- Draw up an action plan and prioritize.

Very intensive training with lots of tools. Now we have to put all the pieces together and work with the in-house teams (prescritpeurs) to identify the ones that best meet our needs and use them as digital purchasing tools. I've got the impression that I've got a lot of material at my disposal, and that's what I came here to find out. TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
