- Project management in Agile mode.

Test process implemented in participants' organizations, on the potential benefits of using Xray.
2 Getting started with Xray
- Jira and Xray: terms and concepts.
- General and project parameters.
- How to add a project.
- Define roles, configure issue types and test coverage.
- Organize project directories according to organizational needs.
Hands-on work
Install and configure Xray, launch a project and choose a test organization.
3 Test design and test repository
- Xray workflow: specification, organization, planning and execution.
- Create a test plan and add test cases.
- Organize a test campaign.
- Cover requirements and user stories with test cases.
- Design a test repository.
- Manage versioning of a test repository.
Hands-on work
Use Xray to define tests, test organization, test planning and a test repository for a Jira project.
4 Test execution and management in Xray
- Update test instances to determine system quality.
- Test proofs.
- Management of test environments and data.

Une bonne partie de la formation est consacrée à la pratique, avec l’accès au "bac à sable" pour s’approprier les fonctionnalités de l’outil. Les retours d’expérience des participants a permis de se confronter à des problématiques du terrain et d’en discuter ensemble.

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.

• A check-in sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training, along with a course completion certificate if the trainee attended the entire session.
