Intended audience
Administrators and developers of Oracle 12c and earlier databases who want to migrate to Oracle 19c and learn about the major improvements brought by version 19c.
Prerequisites
Good knowledge of Oracle 12c and earlier. Experience required.

- A reminder of what's new in versions 11g and 12c.
- Oracle 19c long-term support.
- License specificities.
- List of features and options no longer supported.

Creation of a shared environment.

- New way to install an Oracle client using the supplied image.

Interesting trainer with a lot of knowledge, but sometimes too much time was spent on subjects that were normally assumed to have already been learnt because some of them weren't DBAs. So we had to speed up to make up time on the practical work.

PREREQUISITES
Good knowledge of Oracle 12c and earlier. Experience required.
TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
