Filmed exercises followed by individual feedback. Each participant experiments with several orals. Participative exchanges.

  • Consistency of career path, profile and competition: giving the jury confidence.
  • Be present, occupy the space and time of the event.
  • What to say and how to say it? Verbal, non-verbal and paraverbal language.
Hands-on work
Collective construction of a mind map to identify key success factors. Self-assessment of strengths and areas for improvement.

Improve communication and manage stress

  • Identify your instinctive reactions during a high-stakes oral.
  • Become aware of your self-image: the image you project and the image you receive.
  • Keep in sync with your audience's communication.
  • Ask questions, make requests, respond to criticism.
  • Rephrasing: clarifying expectations, understanding the interlocutor's mental schema, taking time.
  • Identify your stress factors during an oral exam.
  • Manage stress and develop empathy.
  • Answering the jury's questions and practicing improvisation.
