Understanding the VAT rules applicable to international physical flows

  • Declaration of Exchange of Goods (DEB).
  • The European Declaration of Services (EDS).
  • Common law rules governing the territoriality of transport services.
  • Specific rules for certain types of transport.

Taking action in the event of a dispute

  • Reserve letter.
  • Putting together your insurance file and key documents.

The trainer allocated time to each subject according to our requests at the start of the course, so it met our expectations.We had lots of examples linked to the trainer's experience.There were no exercises as such. As far as the support material was concerned, I would have liked to have seen more diagrams of the logistics chain, with all the players involved and their roles and responsibilities.
