1 Introducing Adobe Audition
- Interface presentation.
- Different display modes.
- Essential keyboard shortcuts.
- Configuration of project parameters.
Hands-on work
Create a new project and import an audio file.
2 Audio recording
- Configuration of recording parameters.
- Using the Record panel.
- Mono or stereo track recording.
- Record and manipulate multiple tracks simultaneously.
- Add markers and cues.
- Mixing audio tracks.
Hands-on work
Recording a voice-over for a podcast.
3 Audio effects
- Select and apply audio effects.
- Effect parameter settings.
- Add effects in real time.
- Automated effects.
Hands-on work
Add sound effects to an existing audio track.
4 Audio correction
- Using audio correction tools.
- Background noise suppression.
- Equalization and tone adjustment.
Hands-on work
Correct unwanted noise and improve the sound quality of a recording.
5 Loop recording, voice processing and mixing
- Loop recording.
- Creating loops and grooves.
- The use of voice processing effects.
- Transforming the voice.
- Creating a mix.
- Using mixing plug-ins.
- Audio output configuration.

Record a loop and add voice processing effects.
6 Music management
- Import and export music files.
- The use of music processing plug-ins.
- Creating musical loops.
- The use of music processing plug-ins.
- Synchronizing music with video.

Create a musical loop and synchronize it with a video.
7 Podcast format management
- Creating a podcast.
- The recording of several voices.
- The addition of music and sound effects.

Create a complete podcast with several audio tracks.
8 Export and distribution
- Exporting a final mix.
- Common export formats.
- Custom export settings.
- File sharing on social networks.

Export and broadcast a finalized audio file.

Communication managers, webmasters, journalists, and anyone responsible for setting up a communication channel through the creation of audio content.
PREREQUISITES
Basic knowledge of the Windows environment.
TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
