- interesting training overall, even if I was expecting keys to saving time on a daily basis, more focused on stress management, emotions, etc. - we spent far too much time at the start of each day, in particular: 1 hour to introduce ourselves and 1 hour for feedback from the previous day - judgement on the part of the trainer at times, and she tried to get to grips with us quickly because of our knowledge of NLP - lots of interaction from the participants, we felt at ease to talk
