Pierrick is a very good trainer, because not all the participants were inclined to take part, and he managed to keep our attention throughout the two days. The training was very top-down with interesting content.

The format was not adapted to the business, the trainees were all selling services and the exercises were geared towards Apple products. The content wasn't adapted either, the instructions were vague and it was difficult to understand the point of the exercises.

A very good trainer, but it would have been nice to have more real-life situations to put what we've learnt to the test. The sharing of experience by other participants is interesting and should be given greater prominence.

Content (presentation) containing a lot of text. Advantageous when sent to participants. But less pleasant when sharing/training. In my opinion, a more schematic view of the presentation would be more pleasant during the session.

The trainer was very pleasant, good-humoured and a good listener. Very professional, knowledgeable about the subject, respectful of the framework (timetables, copyright, etc.) This course enabled me to make a link between the theory and my intuitive practice and to reflect on it. It reinforces my practice and boosts me to go beyond my comfort zone in my next sales missions.

This course was not at all suited to my profile, and I had already seen all these elements during my university course. What's more, the course material should be reviewed, as many of the references are very old (make it more dynamic with interactive quizzes, word clouds, videos, etc.).

As far as the exercises are concerned, given that this is a distance learning course (for less than 10 people), offering exercises together rather than individually helps to create a link with all the participants. The trainer managed his training well and adapted to each of the profiles, a really good teacher, thank you.

Good presentation, but the content didn't meet my expectations: some of the concepts had already been mastered and the examples given were too B2C-oriented (car purchases, restaurants, etc.) to be directly applicable in my B2B context. A more advanced level and B2B cases would be welcome. The documentary support would also benefit from more detail. The discussions were pleasant.

The course is 80% similar to my previous course (same teacher, very similar programme): professionalise your sales approach. MANON D.

The content was really nice, but unfortunately I found that there was more theory than practice. Jean-François is nice but maybe too nice and it's a shame, I had the impression that everyone always had everything right whereas everyone was doing something different with more or less thought. Apart from that I really liked Jean-François and his teaching style, he was very good at answering everyone's questions, which was great.
