The teaching materials and methods were interesting, but a single day’s training would have been more than enough. As there were only a few of us on the course, there were a lot of lulls and breaks.

There were far too many of us, which added to the time spent on the exercises and discussions - for example, we weren't able to get to the end of the course content. Despite everything, the presenter was perceptive and committed and made a point of giving us as many keys as possible in a fairly complicated context: difficult connection, long waiting times for the many participants. I therefore have a slight feeling of unfinished business and I think that this training course deserves to be done

Very satisfactory. The subject was fascinating and very well presented by our instructor. The only downside was that 13 people is far too many for a training course. It doesn't allow for quality follow-up despite the instructor's best efforts.
