Prerequisites
La certification IASSC Lean Leader ne constitue pas un prérequis. Il est toutefois conseillé d'avoir suivi le cours "Lean Leader" (Réf. PCL) ou d'avoir les connaissances équivalentes.
Cette formation est composée de 3 modules (réf. ET1, réf. ET2 et réf. ET3) de 3 jours chacun, soit 9 jours au total.

Certification
L'examen Lean Expert Black Belt IASSC™ est composé de 110 questions à choix multiple et vrai/faux de chaque section principale du corpus de connaissances IASSC Lean Expert. Il se déroule en ligne (en différé) sur 3 heures, à livre fermé et surveillé. Pour obtenir la certification, 70% de bonnes réponses sont requis.
Certains formats de ce test peuvent également inclure jusqu'à 11 questions supplémentaires non notées à titre de contrôle.

Course schedule
1 Introduction to Lean management and Lean philosophy
- Introduction to Lean - its history and benefits.
- Sources of inefficiency: Muda (waste), Mura (variability), Muri (overload).
- Kaizen or DMAIC projects: what are the differences?
Storyboarding workshops
Exchange and reflection on Lean activities. Identify sources of inefficiency in your activity.
2 Aligning corporate strategy and Lean initiatives
- Identify customer expectations: Kano matrix, critical requirements, VoC, VoB, VoE...
- Structure your vision using the Hoshin Kanri matrix.
- How can we mobilize the players around a common ambition?
Exercise
Construction of a Hoshin Kanri matrix. Collective brainstorming on the obstacles and key success factors of a Lean approach.
3 Project definition and risk management
- Framing continuous improvement projects: project selection, launch and promotion of a Lean project.
- The protagonists in Lean project management - project teamwork.
- Identifying and managing project risks.
Exercise
Identifying project risks. Create a project charter.
4 Flow typology and process mapping
- Introduction to production flows: push, pull, continuous.
- Process mapping methods and tools: SIPOC, swimlanes, Spaghetti, VSM.
- What kind of mapping do I need?
Group discussion
Discussion and reflection on the different types of mapping and associated benefits. Creation of a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) "initial state" (case study part 1/2).
5 Méthodes et outils d’optimisation : le pilier Just in Time
- Introduction to the key principles of Just In Time.
- Load balancing: Heijunka.
- Kanban benefits and standardized work.
Exercise
Load balancing calculation. Fun standardization workshop.
6 Optimization methods and tools: the Jidoka pillar
- Introduction to the key principles of Jidoka (zero defects).
- Visual alerts: implementing Andon.
- Poka-Yoke: how not to make a mistake?
Storyboarding workshops
Discussion and reflection on the benefits of zero defects. Creation of a VSM "final state" (case study part 2/2).
7 Performance management and continuous improvement
- Visual management and control dashboards.
- Definition and implementation of rituals and short interval animation.
- Progress loop and PDCA continuous improvement.
Role-playing
Definition of an indicator tree and steering dashboard. Definition of key elements for short interval animation.
8 Change management et accompagnement des parties prenantes
- Supporting cultural change within the company.
- Communication plan.
- Training and coaching of key players.
Role-playing
Change management role play. Group brainstorming on attitudes to adopt.
9 Pérennisation de la démarche et préparation à la certification
- How do you embed the Lean culture and make it sustainable?
- 50-question quiz based on the concepts described in Lean Expert™ IASSC certification.

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
