1 The legal framework for occupational health in the FPH
- Knowing the general framework of the fourth part of the Labor Code
- Identify occupational health stakeholders and their roles

3 Specialized training in health, safety and working conditions (F3SCT)
- Understand the conditions for setting up a facility, its composition, and the role of the president and the facility's medical commission.

- Successful F3SCT meetings: from agenda to votes and minutes

5 Occupational risk prevention
- Know the general principles of prevention
- Distinguish between the notions of danger and risk
- Identify the different levels of prevention: primary, secondary and tertiary
- Contribute to the drafting of the "Document unique d'évaluation des risques professionnels" (DUERP - single document for assessing professional risks)
- Analyze activity-related physical risks
- Comment on the Annual Occupational Risks Program (PAPRIPACT)

Case study: review of DUERP and assessment of specific risks (road accidents, harassment, teleworking, working alone or with the public, etc.).
6 Psychosocial risks (RPS)
- Defining psychosocial risks and identifying risk factors
- Identify the consequences of RPS on health, work and performance
- Identify warning signs and indicators of workplace suffering
- Improve work organization through the use of analysis tools

7 Musculoskeletal risks

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
