The training could have begun in a more rounded and assertive way.At first, the learners were asked to recite by heart the points covered in the morning's programme.A demand was felt when the questions were asked: for example, a strong expectation of an exact answer. It would seem that it is not possible to give a definite answer and that only one answer is possible. The same applies to the methods, which must be applied to the letter and not in FWK Ag.

Very good training, delivered by a very good trainer who listens carefully to what you have to say

In my opinion, there is a small margin for improvement at the beginning of the course, when participants are asked a lot of general questions, which can make them feel uncomfortable.
