Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

Deepen your knowledge of the most common health, safety and working conditions issues
Broaden your range of prevention activities
Organize committee work according to priorities

Members of the health, safety and working conditions committee who have already served a first term.

No special knowledge required.

Practical details
Hands-on work
Quizzes, exchanges of practices, case studies and construction of an action plan. Theoretical input alternates with practical application.

Course schedule

Identify the strengths and weaknesses of your SSCT committee

  • Linking the CSSCT and the CSE: delegations and feedback.
  • Analyze daily operations: consultations, interventions, etc.
  • Identify possible improvements to any CSE agreement and CSE rules of procedure.
Hands-on work
Discussions with the trainer to diagnose the current operation of CSSCTs and identify areas for improvement.

Understanding musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)

  • Identify the main MSDs: carpal tunnel, rotator cuff, epicondylitis, lumbago, etc.
  • Understand MSD factors and take part in their assessment.
  • Propose MSD prevention actions.
Hands-on work
Identify the causes, effects and preventive measures based on a video.

Deepen your knowledge of psychosocial risks

  • Review of knowledge acquired during initial training.
  • Appreciate the extent to which the DUERP has been taken into account and assessed.
  • Describe the situation according to the constraints and resources observed for better regulation.
  • Present your analysis and draw up the CSSCT minutes.
Hands-on work
Reminder quiz. Based on an RPS situation described by the trainer, exchanges between participants on possible actions.

Monitoring the DUERP

  • Include a hazardous situation in the DUERP and deal with it.
  • Draw up the commission's minutes and a proposal for the attention of the CSE.
Hands-on work
Drawing up CSSCT recommendations for the CSE's opinion on the DUERP.

Improving the practice of regular inspections

  • Reminder of the legal framework to be respected during inspections.
  • Identify points of vigilance and anticipate difficulties.
  • Identify areas for improvement and translate them into action.
Hands-on work
Share insights from recent inspections. Use a video presenting a work situation to prepare for a CSSCT inspection.

Drawing up a CSE action plan

  • Monitor implementation of the company's PAPRIPACT,
  • Formulate a proposal for an opinion from the CSSCT to the CSE.
  • Identify work areas and priorities.
  • Building the SSCT roadmap.
