Interesting and enjoyable training. The scope of the Office Manager's job is well developed, giving a clear, global view of the job. The trainer is a very good teacher, a good listener and has a great deal of psychological finesse, which makes the discussions particularly enjoyable and relevant. As an area for improvement, the addition of a few more practical cases would help to anchor the concepts covered even more firmly.

Interesting overall approach. Sharing experiences and feelings with the trainer and the other participants was rich and lively. I wasn't bored at all (and yet I can get bored very quickly!).
