This training course on TOGAF® standard, 10th Edition will teach you the different modules of the TOGAF® standard and associated best practices, and explain how to apply the TOGAF® approach to transform and manage change.


Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Understand the fundamentals of enterprise architecture and the TOGAF® Standard approach, 10th Edition
A common language with TOGAF® practitioners
Understand and be able to apply the Architecture Development Method (ADM)
Master the detailed phases and techniques defined in the Architecture Development Method (ADM)
Learn about the various support options available for implementing ADM

Intended audience
Business activity managers, MOA team members, enterprise architecture program managers and members, IS architects and planners.

Certification
At the end of this course, participants will be able to sit the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture and TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Part 2 (Practitioner) exams. TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture - Part 1 Foundation (OGEA 101) validates understanding of TOGAF 10 fundamentals: terminology, ADM, metamodel, repositories, governance, modularity, agility and digital. Exam: 40 MCQs, 60 min, closed book, minimum score 60%. Languages: English, French, simplified Chinese. TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture - Part 2 Practitioner (OGEA 102) assesses application in a real-life context via 8 questions and answers (ADM, governance, stakeholders, repository, agile/digital). Duration 90 min, open book (integrated specification), minimum score 60%. Languages: English, French, Simplified Chineseand returnchariot Examen combiné (OGEA 103): 40 simple questions + 8 complex ones, 150 min without breaks, 60% required for each part.

I learn more by doing exercises than by following a deck of slides. So more quizzes or tests, or more simplification of the standard through diagrams. Or follow a scenario.
