The trainer led the session very well, and the practical exercises were realistic. I’m not usually a fan of online training courses, but this one was well put together.

It’s interesting, yes, but as a buyer, there’s nothing new – just some reminders, which are nonetheless interesting

Theory and practice, with the option to undertake the full training course; plenty of discussion to illustrate the various scenarios. A trainer with extensive experience.

The course content was very comprehensive – perhaps a bit too much for me for a two-day distance learning course. I found it difficult at times to complete the practical exercises because we’d previously covered a lot of concepts very quickly and sometimes without giving examples due to a lack of time. The course materials cover a wide range of tools; I would have liked a recap of the section we were currently looking at on each slide – for example, supplier selection.
