Successful change: winning strategies

Organizations are obliged to continually adapt to their environment, reorganize their operating modes and evolve their products and services. The choice of a change strategy and how it is to be implemented is crucial: a mode of governance must be chosen, the principles of change must be defined by entity and stage, and above all, a proven approach must be chosen from among the proposed methodologies.

Interesting content that allows you to understand that you already have a base and build on it to set a more theoretical context.

Very rewarding training. I was sceptical about the content and it exceeded my expectations. I left very satisfied with this course. I would even recommend it as a complement to a management course.

I was expecting more role-playing, more tools with application exercises. From my point of view, there were too many exchanges without any concrete situations, even if I did retain some interesting exchanges with the trainer and the other participants.
